After relocating to the United Kingdom in 1998 he was actively involved in start-up businesses and the SME market before founding Quotient in 2002. As Managing Director of Quotient UK he is responsible for local strategic direction and developing areas of new business.

After spending six years in London gaining invaluable experience at number of high profile financial institutions, he returned to Cape Town in 2002 and established Quotient South Africa. As Managing Director of Quotient South Africa he is responsible for local strategic direction, client need identification, solution development and implementation.
